It was an early start last Sunday as Dylan and Matt (from Cambridge Kitchens and Bathrooms) joined forces with Liz from the CAMBRIGE COOKERY SCHOOL to race the Outlaw Half Holkham. The event, which takes place on the Holkham estate in Norfolk, features a 1,900m lake swim, 56mile single-lap bike course and a 13.1mile run – certainly not for the faint hearted.
Supported by their families the team did incredibly well, completing the race in 5:51:39 and finished 392nd out of 942 teams. The team put themselves through this grueling event to raise money for Cancer Research UK, helping to fight children’s cancer.
